Lukas was born in the Czech Republic and immigrated to the States in his early twenties. Lukas started making genuine horn bows and other traditional bows in the 90s, and then trained under the master Hungarian archer, Kassai Lajos in Hungary. He is now in demand for clinics and demonstrations throughout the world. He is also known worldwide for his superb archery products through his Saluki Bow company.

Grand Master Kim Young Sup is the director of the World Horse Archery Federation (WHAF), which is UNESCO-affiliated. One of the largest and most complete training centers in the world, it provides short-term and long-term training in horse archery and the highest levels of other martial arts.

Bjarke Rink is one of the world’s experts on reinless riding and communication with horses. He directs this equestrian center that maintains more than sixty fine mounts in many disciplines, including mounted archery. Run by Marc and Christopher Nemethy, this school is now in several European countries. The Nemethy brothers grew up riding, their father was an Olympic Equestrian team trainer. They excel at the Hungarian style of this sport and are promoting mounted archery in the highly disciplined style of the Martial Arts tradition. They also travel worldwide for clinics.
